How to book live personalisation
Step 01
Pick your session & gift
Use the estimator to choose a session and gift, then WhatsApp us your event date, venue and guest count.
Step 02
Secure your date
We confirm availability and send your quotation. A 50% deposit locks in your date. Please book at least 2 weeks ahead.
Step 03
We get ready
We confirm your gift, colours, setup space and event timing, and prepare everything before the day.
Step 04
Personalised live
Our artisans arrive 1 hour early to set up, then stamp each guest's name on the spot while they watch.

Bagaimana cara memesan?
- Pilih produk dan kuantitas Anda untuk melihat harga grosir.
- Kirimkan logo Anda melalui WhatsApp atau surel ke hello@daintyco.com. Kami akan mengirimkan maket desain gratis untuk Anda.
- Setujui maket dan penawaran harga, lalu kami akan memulai produksi.

Berapa kuantitas pesanan minimum (MOQ)?
Harga korporat mulai dari 20 buah. Beberapa produk memiliki MOQ yang lebih tinggi (50 atau 100 buah), yang tertera pada setiap produk. Semakin banyak Anda memesan, semakin rendah harga per buahnya.
Untuk kuantitas yang lebih sedikit, harga ritel yang berlaku. Hubungi kami jika Anda memerlukan kuantitas khusus.
Kustomisasi apa saja yang kami tawarkan?
- Branding logo – cetak, hot stamp (foil emas atau perak, atau embos tanpa warna), atau ukiran laser. Opsi bervariasi tergantung produk.
- Personalisasi nama – tambahkan nama setiap penerima.
- Kartu merek kustom – kartu merek, stiker, atau kartu pesan kustom.
- Kemasan hadiah kustom – kotak hadiah, tas hadiah, kantong OPP, atau selongsong.
Kirimkan desain Anda sendiri atau biarkan kami yang membuatkannya untuk Anda. Untuk hot stamping, dikenakan biaya pengaturan logo satu kali untuk pesanan pertama di bawah 100 buah. Tidak ada biaya pengaturan untuk pencetakan atau ukiran laser.
Apakah Anda menawarkan personalisasi langsung di acara?
Ya. Pengrajin kami akan menyiapkan stasiun hot stamping di acara Anda dan mempersonalisasi setiap hadiah dengan nama tamu Anda di tempat – cocok untuk makan malam perusahaan, gala, aktivasi mal, pameran, dan eksibisi.
- Acara Kecil – RM900 per sesi: hingga 100 tamu, 2 pengrajin, hingga 6 jam + 1 jam persiapan & siaga
- Acara Menengah – RM1.300 per sesi: 101–200 tamu, 3 pengrajin, hingga 6 jam + 1 jam persiapan & siaga
- Acara Besar – RM1.700 per sesi: 201–300 tamu, 4 pengrajin, hingga 6 jam + 1 jam persiapan & siaga
- Expo / Hari Aktivasi – RM900 per hari (hingga 8 jam + 1 jam persiapan & siaga, hingga 150 buah per hari)
Biaya sesi mencakup pengrajin kami, mesin, 1 jam persiapan & siaga sebelum acara dimulai, dan perjalanan. Hadiah Anda ditambahkan secara terpisah – sebagai contoh, Acara Kecil dengan 100 tamu dan gantungan kunci kulit minimalis kami (RM6/buah) adalah RM900 + RM600 = total RM1.500 (RM15 per tamu).
Total pembelanjaan minimum adalah RM1.200 per acara. Deposit sebesar 50% untuk mengamankan tanggal Anda, sisa 50% dibayarkan sebelum acara, dan mohon memesan setidaknya 2 minggu sebelumnya. Tersedia di Klang Valley (KL & Selangor).

Berapa lama waktu pengerjaannya?
- Ekspres – 5 hari kerja
- Standar – 7 hingga 10 hari kerja
- Kuantitas besar – 14 hingga 21 hari kerja
Waktu pengerjaan dimulai dari konfirmasi pesanan dan persetujuan maket. Selama musim liburan dan akhir tahun, harap sediakan tambahan 3–5 hari kerja. Pesanan mendesak? Hubungi kami – mungkin kami dapat mempercepatnya.
Dapatkah Anda mengatur pengiriman untuk kami?
Ya. Kami dapat mengirim ke satu alamat, atau mengatur pengiriman ke beberapa titik di seluruh negeri – misalnya, langsung ke setiap cabang, kantor, atau anggota staf di seluruh Malaysia.
Kami juga melayani pengiriman ke alamat luar negeri, seperti kantor regional perusahaan Anda di Singapura atau tempat lainnya. Cukup kirimkan daftar pengiriman kepada kami dan kami akan memasukkan biaya pengiriman ke dalam penawaran harga Anda.
