How do I order?

1. Choose your product and quantity to see bulk pricing.
2. Send us your logo via WhatsApp or email hello@daintyco.com. We'll send you a free design mockup.
3. Approve the mockup and quotation, and we'll start production.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Corporate pricing starts from 20 pcs. Some items have a higher MOQ (50 or 100 pcs), shown on each product. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.

For smaller quantities, retail pricing applies. Chat with us if you need a custom quantity.

What customisation do you offer?

• Logo branding – print, hot stamp (gold or silver foil, or emboss without colour) or laser engraving. Options vary by product.
• Personalise name – add each recipient's name.
• Custom brand card – brand card, sticker or custom message card.
• Custom gift packaging – gift box, gift bag, OPP bag or sleeve.

Send us your own design or let us create one for you. For hot stamping, a one-time logo setup fee applies to first orders below 100 pcs. There's no setup fee for printing or laser engraving.

How long is the lead time?

• Express – 5 working days
• Standard – 7 to 10 working days
• Large quantities – 14 to 21 working days

Lead time is counted in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from order confirmation and mockup approval. During festive seasons and year end, please allow an extra 3–5 working days. Urgent order? Chat with us – we may be able to expedite.

Can you arrange delivery for us?

Yes. We can deliver to one address, or arrange multi-point delivery nationwide – for example, straight to each branch, office or staff member across Malaysia.

We also deliver to overseas addresses, such as your company's regional offices in Singapore or elsewhere. Just send us the delivery list and we'll include the delivery fees in your quotation.

An official invoice is provided for every order.

Do you offer live personalisation at events?

Yes. Our artisans set up a hot stamping station at your event and personalise each gift with your guests' names on the spot – great for company dinners, galas, mall activations, expos and exhibitions.

Evening events – best for dinners, galas & launches, where guests arrive together. Priced by guest count, up to 6 hours + 1 hour setup & standby:

• Small – RM900 per session: up to 100 guests, 2 artisans + 1 crowd helper
• Medium – RM1,300 per session: 101–200 guests, 3 artisans + 1 crowd helper
• Large – RM1,700 per session: 201–300 guests, 4 artisans + 2 crowd helpers

Expos & activations – best for exhibitions, mall activations & roadshows, where visitors walk in throughout the day:

• Expo / Activation Day – RM900 per day: up to 8 hours + 1 hour setup & standby, up to 150 pcs a day, 2 artisans

The session fee covers our artisans, machines, 1 hour setup & standby before your event starts, and travel. Your gifts are added on top – for example, a Small Event with 100 guests and our minimal leather keychain (RM6/pc) is RM900 + RM600 = RM1,500 in total (RM15 per guest).

The minimum total spend is RM1,200 per event. A 50% deposit secures your date, and please book at least 2 weeks ahead. Available in the Klang Valley (KL & Selangor).

Can you live personalise our own products?

Yes, in most cases. Hot stamping works best on leather, vegan (PU) leather and paper items such as notebooks and cards. Send us a photo or a sample of your item and we'll confirm whether it can be stamped, and do a test stamp before your event.

When you supply your own items, you only pay the session fee (minimum RM1,200 per event applies). For high-value or luxury items, such as designer leather goods, an additional handling fee applies, as we assign our senior artisans to take extra care of each piece. We'll quote this once we've seen your item.

We stamp one piece per guest, up to your session's capacity (100, 200 or 300 guests for an evening event, or 150 pcs per expo day). Need more? We'll add artisans or time to your quote.
